Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Turbo Ration handles information associated with its website, Chrome extension, free trial, subscriptions and support. Turbo Ration is independently developed and operated software for supported operator workflows.

Supported extension preferences may be stored locally in Chrome or browser extension storage. Examples include:

• Mobile Number
• User Type
• Language
• RC Prefix
• Other necessary extension preferences

Local storage is intended to reduce repetitive entry and support the product workflow. Local preferences are distinct from any future server-side licensing information.

When the licensing and subscription system is operational, Turbo Ration may process the minimum information reasonably necessary for trial eligibility, subscription activation and validation, device authorization and transfers, support, and fraud or abuse prevention.

• Customer mobile number
• Selected plan and subscription status
• Activation and expiry dates
• Authorized MFS110 device reference
• Trial-used status and device-transfer history
• Limited technical or support records needed to investigate problems

Turbo Ration provides a 24-hour free trial with no payment card required. The trial starts when Turbo Ration is successfully activated for the first time, not when the extension is merely installed. Trial availability is once per customer and once per device. Necessary identifiers may be retained to enforce trial eligibility. After 24 hours, trial access expires and subscribed functionality requires a paid subscription.

Under the intended architecture, Turbo Ration does not intentionally transmit or store on its own servers ration-card or RC numbers, beneficiary information, Aadhaar information, CAPTCHA contents or solutions, fingerprint images or templates, or biometric capture data. This statement describes the intended product architecture and does not make broader guarantees about independently operated third-party services.

Information may be used to:

• Provide the service and remember supported preferences
• Enforce trial eligibility and activate or validate subscriptions
• Authorize a licensed device and support approved device transfers
• Prevent fraud or abuse and maintain security
• Provide customer support and technical troubleshooting
• Meet legal or accounting obligations where required

Necessary information may eventually be processed by carefully selected service providers needed to operate hosting or databases, supported payment methods shown at checkout, support communications, or email, SMS or OTP services if introduced. Turbo Ration does not sell personal information for advertising under the approved model.

Turbo Ration intends to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the purpose for which it is processed. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for subscription and licensing administration, security, support, and legal or accounting obligations. Exact retention periods are still being finalized.

Customers may contact Turbo Ration regarding applicable privacy requests, corrections or deletion. Requests are handled according to applicable law and the information reasonably available to Turbo Ration.

Chrome and the Chrome Web Store, Ahara, government systems, biometric or RD services, and other third-party services operate independently and have their own policies. Turbo Ration does not control their data practices.

Turbo Ration may update this policy when the service, legal requirements or data practices change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.
