Refund & Cancellation Policy

Turbo Ration provides a 24-hour free trial with no card or payment required. It starts on the first successful activation, is available once per customer and once per device, and expires automatically. Customers are encouraged to use the trial to confirm Turbo Ration suits their normal environment; the trial does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party condition.

After trial expiry, continued subscribed use requires purchase of a plan. Paid access begins according to successful payment and activation. Subscriptions use manual renewal under the current planned model.

A customer may request a refund within 3 days of paid subscription activation when a genuine, material technical failure attributable to Turbo Ration prevents use of the paid service and Turbo Ration support cannot reasonably resolve it. Requests are subject to verification and approval is not automatic.

• Turbo Ration activation failure caused by Turbo Ration
• Material Turbo Ration software malfunction
• Turbo Ration licensing or service failure
• Another verified Turbo Ration-side failure preventing paid use

The following are generally outside the Turbo Ration-side technical-failure refund rule:

• Ahara downtime, server slowness or government maintenance
• Government portal errors or third-party portal changes
• Customer internet or equipment problems
• CAPTCHA or biometric authentication rejection
• RD-service or device failure not caused by Turbo Ration
• Incorrect operator input, change of mind or no longer needing the service

Duplicate charges, paid access not being provided after successful payment, or materially incorrect billing should be reported to support. These cases will be investigated and handled appropriately, subject to applicable law and the payment provider’s processes; they are not forced into the technical-failure definition.

Provide the registered mobile number, transaction or order reference, payment or activation date, a brief description of the problem, and reasonable diagnostic information requested by support. Do not send an OTP, bank password, card PIN, full card credentials or other sensitive payment-authentication information.

Support channels:

Turbo Ration may verify subscription status, review technical logs necessary for the reported issue, attempt reasonable troubleshooting, and confirm whether the failure originated with Turbo Ration. This process does not require collection of beneficiary, Aadhaar or biometric data for troubleshooting.

Approved refunds will be returned using the appropriate or original payment method where supported. Exact processing timing may depend on the selected payment provider or bank.

There is no automatic renewal under the current model. Customers do not need to cancel recurring billing because Turbo Ration does not automatically charge the next subscription period. At expiry, customers manually renew if they wish to continue.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
