Terms of Service

By using, activating or purchasing Turbo Ration, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer, subject to applicable law.

Turbo Ration is an independent Chrome-extension software and workflow-assistance service intended to support authorized Karnataka FPS operators. It is not a government entity, government portal or official government service.

You must use legitimate authorized access, comply with applicable FPS and Ahara requirements, provide accurate subscription or activation information, and remain responsible for official transactions and actions taken through your account.

Turbo Ration offers a 24-hour free trial with no payment or card required. It starts at the first successful activation and is available once per customer with one temporary Mantra MFS110 L1 device. The trial expires automatically; a paid subscription is required afterward. Turbo Ration may use necessary customer and device identifiers to prevent repeated trial abuse.

Available plan types are Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Yearly. Refer to the current Pricing section for applicable plan details. Payment uses the supported payment methods shown at checkout.

Subscriptions do not automatically renew under the current planned model. After expiry, the customer must manually renew if they wish to continue. Turbo Ration does not imply or promise an automatic recurring charge.

One paid subscription covers one Shop Owner, one optional Shop Assistant, and one authorized Mantra MFS110 L1 device. A different MFS110 device requires a separately purchased subscription. A genuine lost, damaged, defective or warranty replacement may be transferred once within 365 days only after Super Admin approval.

An MFS110 replacement requires Super Admin approval; approval revokes the old device and authorizes the replacement under the same subscription. Additional MFS110 devices are not transfers and require a separate subscription.

Turbo Ration may provide saved preferences, supported navigation, workflow assistance and operator-controlled automation within supported Ahara workflows. Features and compatibility may change as the service develops.

CAPTCHA remains manual: the operator must read and enter it. Genuine biometric authentication remains required when the official workflow requires it. Turbo Ration does not solve or bypass CAPTCHA, fake or generate biometric data, or bypass Aadhaar or biometric security.

• Bypassing CAPTCHA or faking, synthesizing or modifying biometric data
• Bypassing Aadhaar or other official security controls
• Manipulating beneficiary or transaction records or forging transactions
• Circumventing licensing or device restrictions
• Using Turbo Ration for unauthorized or unlawful activity
• Attacking or overloading third-party or government systems

Chrome, the Chrome Web Store, Ahara, government systems and biometric or RD services are independently operated. Turbo Ration does not control their availability, policies, interfaces or technical behavior.

Turbo Ration does not guarantee uninterrupted Ahara or government-portal availability, government server speed, or continued compatibility after third-party interface changes. Updates may be required.

Payments, where available, use the supported payment methods shown at checkout. No particular payment provider is promised.

Refund requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. That policy includes a limited request window for verified Turbo Ration-side technical failures.

Turbo Ration may proportionately suspend or terminate access for an expired subscription, non-payment, fraud or abuse, licence circumvention, security abuse or a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Turbo Ration’s brand, website, extension code, graphics and original materials remain owned or licensed by Turbo Ration or its service operator. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Turbo Ration is provided for supported workflow assistance and does not control official systems or guarantee outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the Disclaimer for additional product information.

These Terms may be updated as Turbo Ration, its policies or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page.
